How Is Laser Skin Resurfacing Performed?
When you are scheduled for a deeper or more intense skin resurfacing treatment, you may be asked to use a retinoid product for a few weeks before your laser procedure. The retinoid helps prepare the skin for more effective results. Medication may be suggested prior to the procedure to help minimize any sensation so you can relax throughout your session. If your complexion only needs mild correction, a topical anesthetic may be used to numb treated areas where the laser will target. For the whole complexion or more intense laser treatments, some form of sedation may be used. Throughout the procedure, you will relax in our treatment chair while the laser handpiece glides over your skin, directly targeting the specific sections for improvement. You will feel the heat of the laser, followed by cold air from the built-in cooling system. The laser energy works to eliminate damaged skin cells while also prompting new collagen production.

This is the ONLY place I will ever go as they truly customize the routine and needs of the individual. If I could give them more than five stars I absolutely would!
